The lowest advertised price is not necessarily the lowest club cost. FootballKit separates the visible garment price from the additions and commercial terms that change the delivered squad total.

The buying question
01 · Base cost
Count the outfield sets, goalkeeper sets and any optional training garments separately. Record whether each set includes a shirt only or a shirt, shorts and socks. A per-player number cannot be compared until the contents match.
Use the current public price only as a starting point and note its date. Supplier availability, minimum quantities and final quotations can change.
02 · Additions
Add crest application, sponsor marks, player names, squad numbers, design charges, samples, VAT and delivery where they are not already included. Keep optional training wear outside the essential match-kit total.
The simple planning formula is: total garment cost + personalisation + goalkeeper requirements + samples + VAT + delivery. FootballKit’s calculator provides an indicative squad total; the supplier’s written quotation remains controlling.
03 · Lifecycle
A low initial total can become expensive if every top-up order carries a new minimum quantity, design fee or delivery charge. Ask how a single replacement and a small batch will be priced during the expected life of the design.
Compare cash timing as well as the total. Record deposits, balance dates and what happens if artwork approval or delivery is delayed.
