Compare UK football kit suppliers by total cost, minimum order, printing, delivery, samples, sizing and reorders before sending one clear club brief.
01 · Shortlist
Start with the club requirement, not a brand list.
A useful supplier shortlist begins with the same written specification for every company. Define the number of outfield players, goalkeeper kits, sizes, colours, badges, sponsor marks, names, numbers and the date the club needs everything delivered.
Then decide which constraints matter most. A small club may value low minimum orders and easy replacements. A larger academy may care more about consistent ranges, club-shop administration and a repeatable sizing process.

02 · Compare
Put every quote on the same commercial basis.
A headline per-player price is useful only when it covers the same contents. One quote may include names, numbers and delivery while another adds them later. Record VAT treatment, design charges, samples and delivery separately so the squad total remains visible.

Check the risks that appear after the first order.
Ask whether the same minimum quantity applies to a single replacement shirt or a small mid-season top-up. Confirm how long the design, fabric and colourway will remain available, and what happens when a player joins after the main order.
Keep the approved artwork, colour references, style codes and size record in one club file. That record makes future supplier conversations faster and reduces the chance of a visually inconsistent reorder.
